A young couple trying to repair their marriage vacations in a secluded cabin to celebrate the new year after the wife's recent release from a mental hospital. When the husband begins seeing inexplicable changes in his wife's behavior, he fears it's signs of a relapse. Overshadowing the events is the town's dark legend.
